Paige earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University. She then obtained a Master of Science in Applied Human Development and Family Sciences with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy form Northern Illinois University. She gained extensive experience working with clients with a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences at the university’s clinic and throughout her internship with a private practice.

Paige feels passionate about working with adolescents, teenagers, adults, couples, and families.  The topics she works with include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict and communication, identity and personal development, self-esteem, spirituality and faith, life transitions, and emerging adult issues such as adjusting to college. Paige is also trained in Level 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, both of which assist her in supporting couples who aim to improve their communication, manage conflict, and increase their connection to one another.

Paige’s main priority in the therapy room is to provide her clients with a safe, encouraging space to share their stories, identify their strengths, and explore the goals they have for themselves and their relationships. She utilizes authenticity, humor, and empathy to cultivate collaborative and supportive relationships with her clients. She implements various approaches such as Bowen Family Systems Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, all with a solution-focused and strengths-based lens. Paige feels that it is the greatest honor to walk alongside her clients in their healing journeys as she guides them in taking steps towards growth and change.

 In her free time, Paige loves exploring new restaurants, going on walks, playing board games, reading, watching Ohio State football (Go Bucks!), and spending time with friends, family, and her wonderful husband.
