Lupe holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University Chicago and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University. Trained in Integrative Systemic Therapy, Lupe adopts a holistic therapeutic approach by examining individuals, couples, and families within the context of the various systems they interact with.

Lupe is passionate about the field of psychology, and she has a particular interest in couples counseling. Her therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in understanding the nuanced dynamics that make each relationship unique, thereby providing targeted and effective treatment plans. When Lupe isn’t busy studying or reading about psychology, she travels the world, having visited over 60 countries. This global exposure has contributed to a multicultural perspective that enriches their practice. Lupe also enjoys delving into books that allow an escape into different worlds, further nurturing a lifelong commitment to understanding human behavior and relationships from varied angles.
